The Charles & Rhonda Kolarik Legal Fund
No one can ever be truly prepared to lose a loved one, and losing a parent at a young age is exceptionally traumatic. The Charles & Rhonda Legal Fund’s primary goal is to ensure protections for the family unit under the laws governing conservatorship, guardianship, and durable POA for people ages 15-30 years of age who find themselves unable or ill-equipped to navigate these systems on their own.
We live in a death-denying, capital-worshiping culture. It's that simple. When the inevitable comes, there are so few accessible resources for people already going through the worst days of their lives. With that in mind, The Charles and Rhonda Kolarik Legal Fund will provide so much more than financial support.
